Somaya Moosajee

Somaya specialises in hand drawn and digitally drawn mandalas. She has a background of two years in an Arts Degree, and has been practising her craft for five years. She is inspired predominantly by all forms of nature, beautiful architecture and social justice movements. Mandalas are a versatile piece of art; each one is different from the other and can be reimagined and interpreted in many different ways. In the next ten years, Somaya hopes to have expanded her business by applying mandalas in branding, furniture design and mural projects. She also aspires to obtain higher qualifications in fine arts and business, and teach community art classes regularly.
